We offer CSAs for every season of the year. 

Our 4 Season Year Round CSA season runs for 40 weeks and brings you fresh homegrown veggies straight from the Garden/Hoophouses all year long. Signups can start in any season (as long as there are spaces available).

Don't want to sign up for a whole year? No worries. Each CSA is tailored to the vegetables that grow for that season. Sign up for Spring and get the earliest produce, or sign up for winter and get fresh greens throughout the coldest of seasons. (Yes, Vegetables can grow all winter here, they just grow slower and are limited to cold weather crops under greenhouse cover). The choice is yours. What season will you choose?

For every CSA, you will get to choose from 6-10 vegetables each week, depending on season and availability. This may include: 

Salad mixes, microgreens, carrot, radish, parsnip, claytonia, arugula, cabbage, potatoes, hakurei turnip, mache, brussel sprouts, spinach, beets, onion, leek, head lettuce (many varieties, ie romaine, bibbs, buttercrunch), rutabaga, garlic, tatsoi, winter squash, winter radishes, sweet potato, kale, herbs, turnips, celery, shallots, pea shoots, celeriac, bok choy, napa cabbage, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, edible flowers, eggplant, garlic scapes, heritage popcorn, kale, ground cherries, lettuce, melons, onions, onion scapes, potatoes, radishes, salad greens, sweet and hot peppers, spinach, strawberries, summer squash, tomatoes, turnips, watermelon, zucchini and more!

Did you know? Each week is fully customizable. Don't like tomatoes? Choose potatoes for that week instead. 

We continue to trial new vegetable varieties. Please let us know any vegetables/herbs/fruits that you would like to receive this year and we will try to accommodate your requests.

Please note: As much as we love growing food, we do know that farming brings it's own challenges, and we have multiple ways to deal with these. We will do our best to provide a colorful and tasty box for you every week.
